Group profile

Rarsers Group is a company focusing on the development of digital industry, which was founded in 2010. The group has developed rapidly with business covering communication industry internet, e-commerce, digital tourism and other fields. Besides the core e-commerce operation, it also includes talent economy, new media advertising agency, SaaS, supply chain technology, e-commerce financial technology, brand marketing, tourism big data application, local life informationization and other services. The founder and CEO, Guo Weiling, who has been in Japan for ten years, graduated from the Department of Economics of Nihon University and then studied MBA at Waseda University Business School. During the period of Japan, he founded the famous Japanese Chinese enterprise Starcom, and founded the Raisers Group after returning to China. He has a rich background in Internet entrepreneurship and has been committed to the field of digital economy for years.
